1992 was the year in which the digital control systems, supported by the communication networks, supported the technology and from that moment until 2001, ITD entered into the so-called intelligent building.
For 1997, ITD's engineering and services department detected a lack in the incipient and explosive development of corporate structures in Santa Fe area at Mexico City.
In that region, the buildings that were under construction were being equipped with technology.
Despite this, the market had not prepared the operators and consequently there was a risk of underutilizing the facilities and equipment, which would cause not to get the return of the investment and the deterioration of the equipment without achieving the proposed savings.
That was the key moment to unify the cognitive heritage achieved and to establish a model of the today called "Facilities Management", ITD was assigned the first contract in this field, without antecedents at national level, by the larger communications company and prestige in Latin America, which has expanded its scope to date.
In 2001, once the concept was matured and adjusted to the needs of the market and according to the national economy, the process of expansion began in the different sectors, such as international convention centers, entertainment centers, pharmaceutical and hospital industry as well as self-service.
According to the Market needs Itd develops its simplified operating and maintenance methodology Models, called “Ingenium and Smart”. Which once again present in the market a great competitive advantage, providing financial and operating sustainability and increasing infrastructures useful life.
2012 Once we approved the stages in Performance Contracting and Facilities Management, we set out to develop and venture into Property Management, once again to be at the forefront of our business model in our business sector, placing us at the "frontier of knowledge".
To date, our experience is summarized in more than 3 million square meters in Operation and Technical Maintenance and attention to 120,008 electromechanical equipment.
